Premium Lifestyle Deep-Dive (multiple visits) – Everything in Street-Level plus multiple visits at different times (day/night, weekday/weekend where possible) to capture patterns over time. Ideal for serious buyers who want to know what the street is like when the agent isn’t there.
Add-ons: priority turnaround, extra noise monitoring, detailed parking / Airbnb analysis — great if the property is competitive or auction is close.

We quietly check the street
For Street-Level and Premium reports, our researcher goes to the area and stays for an extended period at or near the address, observing only from public spaces. No knocking on doors, no awkward neighbour chats, no drawing attention to your interest.
Because we stay longer than a typical 10–15 minute inspection, we pick up things you usually miss:
Right & left
Immediate neighbours over time: quiet families, share houses, tradie vans, parked-up driveways, party energy, etc.
Front
Activity across the street: kids and prams, constant visitors, deliveries, or mostly calm and low-key.
Back
Where visible from public areas: rear laneways, backing onto busy roads, parks, train lines or commercial properties.
Noise & behaviour over time
