360° neighbour check

We visit the area and quietly observe from public spaces only. We don’t talk to neighbours or knock on doors.

Instead, we focus on patterns around the property:

Right & left

What type of households are next door? Quiet, busy, always parked up, party energy, etc.

Front

Activity from across the street – kids playing, share houses, constant visitors, or mostly calm.

Back

Where visible from public areas, we note rear laneways, backing onto busy roads, parks, or commercial properties.

We log noise from cars, music, shouting, dogs, and late-night activity.

We take context photos of the street and surroundings (no private interior photos).

The result is a street-level picture of what kind of environment you’re buying into – from peaceful and family-focused to high-traffic or party-heavy.

Report delivered

You’ll receive a clear PDF report and scorecard covering safety, noise, neighbour behaviour, parking, Airbnb density and overall vibe.

We flag red signals (chronic noise, constant traffic, obvious party houses) and summarise what the street actually feels like day to day.
